Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Customers may return standard stock items within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• the item must be unused

• the item must be returned in original packaging

• proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• custom made furniture

• made-to-order products

• items that have been used or altered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days depending on your payment provider.
